Refund Policy

Because our products are instantly delivered digital files that cannot be returned, the following policy applies.
No refunds on downloaded files
Once a PDF has been delivered and downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong class/subject selection, or printing issues caused by your printer or settings.
Exceptions: corrupted or wrong file
If the file you receive is corrupted, will not open, or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order or payment ID. We will first send a corrected file; if we cannot fix the problem, we will refund the amount paid.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice or charged without receiving a link, message us with the payment reference. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Email hello@yourdomain.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID, the email used, and a short description (a screenshot helps).
